Itâ€™s very hard to write this, I canâ€™t still believe that you have gone. My heart aches with grief and pain.

You were the first born of Mama. I remember those days in the Village as an elder brother, you room was always neat and clean, I enjoyed it when you start playing those Peter Tosh, Bob Marley reggae music in your cassette tape player. There was an age gap between both of us, and I was always looking up to you. Then moving to Warri, living with our elder brother, Director (Mr. Edward Teku Omoko), May his soul rest in peace. He was a kind and good man. Then when I enter Ife, you were in your Final year at OAU-Ile-Ife, you help me to Navigate the University environment. I stayed with you at Ogini after graduation for about a year. You was a big brother, hardworking, gentle and a good person. You were not perfect, neither none of us, but you were always grateful and kind.

You came to visit us last year in California, we did not know, that you came to say goodbye, it was a memorable family reunion (five of us with our families were together), we thank God for giving us the opportunity to spend that time together.

When I heard about your sickness and diagnosis on September 5th 2024, I was driving when I got the call from Florence, that you are in the Hospital, I find the nearest place to park. I made a call to you, Obed picked it up but couldnâ€™t say what was happening, you took the phone and tell me what was happening. I remember the tone and heaviness in your voice. I cried but was believing for Gods miracle and healing.

When I came to Manchester, in the UK to see you in the Hospital. I watched you days and night, I see the pain, I knew what you went through, you fought, I watch you taking your last breath in my hand, it was hard, but I see the peace and calmness in your face after that last breath, as I told you that day, â€œrest, rest, you can rest now, and May your soul rest in peace
