To tackle this issue, two teams are formed, Team Peace and Team Tranquil.
Team Peace

Team Tranquil
Team Tranquil is led by Dr. Saarin, an esteemed physician with a passion for emergency medicine. This team adopts a traditional approach to problem-solving, with Dr. Saarin leading the meetings. They send out a short, focused agenda before each meeting and stick to it exactly.
Team Tranquil reviews patient wait time and satisfaction data from recent reports and meticulously analyzes the data. The primary analyst reports on the analysis at one meeting. At the next meeting, Dr. Saarin proposes a way to get patients through the check in process faster, thereby reducing wait time. There is a little discussion (not everyone speaks), and then a unanimous vote to accept this solution.
Throughout the project, Team Tranquil demonstrates they are laser focused on quickly developing a solution to a known problem.
