You are the FNP seeing a 1 -week old Caucasian female (S. W) during her newborn visit. S.W was born 39 weeks via C-section without complications. Birth weight- 7lbs 9oz. S.W was discharged home with mom after 3 days in the hospital. Mom reports her breastmilk has come in and S.W is breastfeeding well.

Mom does express concern over small, white bumps on patientâ€™s forehead, nose, and eyelids.
