- Your treatment plan for the new diagnosis of type 2 diabetes – structure your plan using the format outlined in the SOAP note assignment instructions (e.g. diagnostics, therapeutics, educational, consultation/collaboration)
Diagnostics: test
Therapeutics: pharmacologic interventions, if any – new or revisions to existing; include considerations for OTC agents (pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic/alternative); [optional – any other therapies in lieu of pharmacologic intervention]
