R.M., 33y/o black male with a history of substance abuse (meth and mojo), was taken to the emergency room after experiencing psychosis after using crystal meth. PT is well groomed with a rounded shoulder posture and is able to follow commands and answer questions appropriately. He reported suicidal ideations and needing help.
