This study explored the relationship between gender and spatial working memory, symptoms of autism spectrum disorder and sex hormone level in utero. Participants were 200 undergraduates selected from XXXXXXX University Biological Psychology. Participants will complete three measures which is visual working memory measures, autism spectrum quotient and 2D:4D ratio measurement. The score of these three measures is recorded and tabulated. Results indicates that males perform better in spatial working memory and scores higher score in autism spectrum quotient. Females in contrast, have longer 2D:4D ratio which means that they have lower testosterone levels. It was concluded that there is positive relationship between spatial working memory and autism spectrum disorder; and there is positive relationship between autism spectrum disorder and 2D:4D ratio measurement………………
