Write a 200- to 300-word response to the following DB question.

Describe a situation in which you were involved with a project where the scope increased (called scope creep) until the project went over time and over budget. What consequences occurred because of this scope creep? How did it affect the project?

If you have not had experience with project management, describe how scope creep can occur within a project and how you might manage scope creep should it ever arise.
