On November 6th, 2018 we had a midterm election that choose U.S. senators and representatives as well as a number of state and local officials from governors on down to local justices of the peace. Midterm elections have historically low voter turnout (only about 40% of those eligible actually vote – and even less in Texas!). Consider what you’ve read in the chapters and comment on the following:
